Our third Mind Body Summer Series session was one for the books. With the sun setting and the water close by, we gathered as a community to reset, recharge, and remind ourselves of the power of movement, mindfulness, and connection.
From the energy of the workout to the calm of the closing mindfulness practice, the atmosphere was electric yet grounding. Participants pushed themselves physically, then slowed down to reflect and breathe together—striking the balance that this series is all about.
The vibe was more than just fitness—it was about sanctuary. Every rep, every stretch, and every pause carried the reminder that wellness is a lifestyle, not just an activity.
