Here are the steps to a free gym membership:

Attend two (2) MTH meetings at any location. You must participate in the workouts before the group support meeting to qualify for the free gym membership (don’t forget to sign in!).

After you’ve attended 2 MTH meetings, reach out to the gym owner and Emily at emily@movetohealct.org

After we’ve verified your attendance, you can start using your FREE gym membership right away!

To keep the gym membership, you must go to two (2) MTH meetings and eight (8) workout classes per month. For more information contact email info@movetohealct.org

Move to Heal helps members use physical activity and wellness to help rediscover their identities through complimentary gym memberships.
